We still do not know if she is really a "she". This is probably one of those video game urban legends which we all are going to be scratching our heads in years to come, but it does not matter, as long as the fans like her as a woman, I say she is better off as a woman.

The image looks great. I like the pose and face and all, and the coloring just looks great. She looks great, and the way she came out. I remember when I was a big fan of Justice back then, not knowing it was a woman. XD [link]

So far this is the only major retcon of Guilty Gear's storyline. But to be technically honest, the term was retconned as far back as Guilty Gear X+ as she was referred to in "gender neutral" terms. More as an "it" than a "he/she".

I too was surprised to learn that Justice was female... but that in my book made her all the more awesome as a boss as up until then all end-boss characters in fighting games were all men
